Bill to "decriminalize" sticky kindbud kush is put into the senate

A bill was recently put forth by (D) Barney Frank to decriminilize te personal use of marijuana.
He stated on the Bill Maher show that it is rediculous to spend money filling prisons with weed smokers who are not criminals. I commend Barney Frank for his willingness to follow through on his beliefs regarding this silly unwinable war on drugs
